Earning Potential:

What You Will Be Doing:
๐ Speaking to people who want to hear from you! - No cold calls.
๐ Booking Sales Appointments - Follow up with leads and schedule consultations for our gym clients.
๐ฌ Building Relationships - Engage leads via phone and SMS.
โ Achieving Your Goals - Work towards KPI's and track your performance.
๐ ๏ธ Using Simple Tools - Proven lead management system with our CRM
๐ Growing With Us - Attend weekly team meetings for coaching and development
What We Are Looking For:
๐ฅ Confident & Outgoing - You love talking to people and closing sales.
๐ Sales / Calls Experience - Call centre, telesales, appointment setting or similar.
๐ป Tech Savvy - Comfortable using a CRM and other applications
๐ค Team Player - Able to collaborate, share insights, and improve with the team.
๐ช BONUS: Interest In Fitness - Not required, but a plus!
Work Schedule:
โฐ Flexible shifts between:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm AEST
Saturday - Sunday: 11am - 3pm AEST
You'll select shifts with the team to ensure coverage while fitting your availability.
